Seongsu's signature. The counter bar sits directly across from a wall of live fire, so every plate finds you the moment it's done.

Of Course, it's the fire

OX Seongsu is the home of our live-fire dining. We redraw the menu each season — and this one is SEASON 6.

An open grill stretches beyond the bar. From the counter, you watch the chef's hands and the fire's temperature together, course after course of one season's expression.

Dinner runs nine courses — Salmon Courdos, Hanwoo Tartare with Leek Crust, Chicken Soup, Grilled Asparagus, Grilled Scallop, Caprese Granita, Hanwoo Striploin, BBQ Skewer Bolognese Risotto, and Pavlova Alaska Style.

Lunch runs six courses — the season's heart, in a quieter span. Add a wine or whisky pairing, and the meal flows alongside the glass.
